Nino Alex Elizondo, LCSW-R, C-SWHC, C-ASWCM, is owner and Chief Clinical Officer of EHS Health Solutions, LLC. Mr. Elizondo served six years in the role of a Medical Service Officer in the MEDCOM NY Army National Guard Unit. In addition, he deployed to Kandahar Afghanistan in 2012 and held the responsibility as the Officer in Charge for the role two behavioral health unit with part-time on call responsibilities for role three.
Mr. Elizondo is a Certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Psychotherapy Privilege, Certified Social Worker in Health Care, and a Certified Advanced Social Worker Case Manager. He has a wealth of diverse clinical experiences including 19 years treating individuals, families and groups with a range of medical and psychiatric disorders. Mr. Elizondo’s multiple areas of specialized training include biopsychosocial assessments, dialectical behavior therapy, as well as cognitive-behavioral treatment for clients with psychological disorders, behavioral problems, depression, anxiety, and substance abuse disorders. Mr. Elizondo obtained his MSW in Social Work from Adelphi University, Garden City, New York and Bachelors of Arts from SUNY Oneonta, Oneonta, New York.
